Our lashes are designed to fit most sizes, even the smallest. If, however, you have difficulty applying the lashes, you can trim the tips to better suit your eyes

Our magnetic lashes last an average of more than 10 hours a day

If they are properly maintained, our magnetic lashes can be reused for up to 12 months

The chemicals in the makeup remover will corrode the magnetic pieces, reduce the magnetism, and affect the service life of the soft magnetic eyelashes. For simple cleaning, you can wipe it directly with water

The cleaning steps are as follows:

1. Separate the pair of eyelashes

2. Use cotton wet with water to gently wipe the eyelashes

3. Place the upper and lower eyelashes separately and let them dry

4. After the eyelashes are dry, the upper and lower eyelashes are sucked together. Place eyelashes in the eyelash box according to the marks on the left and right sides of the box

Our magnetic eyelashes are water-resistant. However, it is advised to remove them before swimming or going to the shower

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping

You will also receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your package is in transit. Notifications for order and shipping/tracking will be sent to the email address provided at purchase, or to your contact phone number.

Please double-check junk and spam mail folders, in case your confirmation has been received there. Also allow us up to 3 business days before contacting us in case you did not receive your tracking number yet.

As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, all our orders are shipped from the location where they are manufactured.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or text) that contains your tracking number.

If you did not receive your confirmation email (or text) within 5 business days after placing your order, please send our customer support a message at info@mirageglow.com and we'll sort this out.
